I created a mail on the hosting (I use the cPanel admin panel), and everything is fine, that the mail is functioning normally and I can send messages from this mail, but I cannot receive it, how can I solve this?

MX records are responsible for incoming, dig in this direction
MX records tell the server with which IP address incoming mail should arrive, this has nothing to do with outgoing messages.
Most likely, the emails you send end up in spam. Send a test email to your gmail and see. If the emails are in spam, then you probably do not have an SPF record added that tells the recipient's server from which IP addresses you can send mail for the current domain name, this can also be observed due to the lack of a DKIM signature

And what is it for? The author of the question writes that he has no problems with sending mail, but problems only with receiving mail! All the same it is necessary to read questions attentively!
