I install modx like a hundred times before. At the stage of checking the selection from the database, an error pops up

Database check: MODX cannot create database. Please create the database manually and then try to continue.

Googled and didn't find any clues. Prior to this, on the hosting (reg.ru) during installation, an error 500 climbed out, the hoster fixed it. Now this miracle comes out.
What can you advise to solve the problem? Maybe someone has already experienced this.

The error comes out if you inadvertently do not rename the database name, where the default is "modx"

Create database manually? No? I think the hosting user does not have rights to create a database. Create it through the hosting control panel, bind a user to it, and then the modx from under this user throws tables into it and data into them ..
