How to solve the problem with Extract for Brackets when copying Cyrillic?

When I work through this tool and copy the text from the layout, then when pasting, the Cyrillic letters are replaced by some kind of encoding.
Tried to change fonts (view menu).
The problem is shown in the screenshot:

Install the Brackets Tools plugin, the tools tab will appear, there Decode from HTML
