How to solve the problem with eventON premium plugin?

Good day! Got a cool eventON calendar plugin to use .
Everything in it is good, but the problem is that the created events are not displayed in the widget. The widget itself works, everything functions, but posts do not appear in it. Who knows what's the problem?
