How to solve the problem with connecting Ya.Kassy?

Hello. I connect Ya.Kassa through the standard functionality of Bitrix. I'm still working with test settings. Test payments go through, but after the test payment, the payment status of the order does not change. Is this due to the fact that you need to do test accesses or payment confirmation yourself? There is a URL for
notifications in the settings , what is this url used for? as an option to change the payment status?
