How to solve the problem with access through the UNETLAB webmord?
The essence of the problem.
Wmware has the latest version of Unetlab, I have been using it successfully for more than six months and did not know grief. And at some point I wanted to put the csr1000v image, since the instruction is at the office. The site is detailed and before that added various images repeatedly. But this time something incomprehensible happened to me: I did everything, unpacked everything and distributed all the permissions, rebooted the machine - and from that moment I can’t access the UNL web interface (from any browser and even from another computer), although via ssh i successfully establish session and ping ip UNL from any host. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Of course, I have assumptions that something is wrong with the UNL web server daemon, but since I am not a very confident user of linux systems, I don’t know where and how to start troubleshooting. Google rummaged - did not find anything, unfortunately, so I'm asking here. Any thoughts about what could be the problem and in what direction to look?

look, does anything hang on the web interface port at all?netstat -ntulp
The problem is solved, I got into the boot logs /var/log/boot.log, found a line indicating the absence of the /tmp folder in the root and the inability to start the apache2 server as a result. Created a folder with all permissions, everything worked. Apparently, when installing the csr1000v image, either I screwed up somewhere or something else.
