There was such a problem, on the desktop the site works fine, accesses all links, etc. In the emulator of mobile devices, everything works fine, it also comes in everywhere and opens everything. But in physical device (mobile) for some reason does not go into the product catalog, instead of a detailed product page, it gives out a white page with an address.

What can be wrong? Has anyone already experienced this?

Turn on debug output, look at the logs, try clearing the cache (what if?). It is extremely difficult to diagnose a problem based on a white screen alone, there can be many reasons.
