How to solve the problem: SSD hangs the system for a couple of minutes?

More precisely, after updating the firmware Plextor m5pro (128Gb) to version 1.06 Win 7 began to hang for 1-3 minutes. Usually the problem occurs when opening/using a browser (usually Google Chrom), but it happens (less often) when using other programs. The disk activity indicator is constantly on when it hangs. It is not possible to roll back the SSD firmware or reflash 1.06, the SSD format and reinstalling Win 7 did not help.

@plasticmirror

there was a similar behavior on the SSD from OCZ - it looks like a relocation of broken cells. after six months of such tricks (once a month it was originally, closer to the finale several times a week) SSD finally died
for the sake of interest - look at SMART, what is written there in the error counters

Try asking on the forums, there are topics on specific models, for example, in particular forums.overclockers.ru/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=473790...
