How to solve the problem of publishing Wordpress posts after migrating to a new VPS server?

After transferring to a new VPS server, entries in the admin panel of the Wordpress site ceased to be published and saved.
1. I go to the admin panel. I press to publish or save a new entry.
2. There is a redirect to the page molva33.ru/@custom, where a 404 error is reported. This was not the case with Shared Hosting.
Digging in the settings and .htacess did not help.

Check Web Server Settings
Start with AllowOverride in Apache settings.
