How to solve the issue of getting into spam mailings?

Good time of the day!
I have a problem that I can't solve, please help!
Mean like this:
1. There is a domain on godaddy (the site is also located there) 2. There is
SMTP for sending to SparkPost. (SPF, DKIM and verification by mail were successful. Also in the DNS there is such an entry v=spf1 include: sparkpostmail.com ~ all this entry should have solved the problem for me, but alas!)
3. The domain is also tied to Yandex mail for domains (Maybe because of this problem?)
4. An interesting fact, mail.ru receives letters in the inbox and all the rest in spam, it is important to note that if I send the mail straight, then everything arrives normally, but if through the mailing list, then even the same Yandex perceives it as spam.
Over the past three weeks, I have read the entire Internet :) on this part, and therefore I now have a complete mess in my head.
I ask knowledgeable people to explain on the fingers what I need to do to solve this problem.
Thank you in advance.

I want to learn myself!
Hasn't anyone already encountered such a problem?
Maybe there are those who know and can teach, but they want to pay for it?
I am ready to listen even to such proposals.
Dmitry thanks for the answer.
I use mailchimp.com , there is a limit for free users and at this stage there is no need to switch to a paid basis, so I started looking for free alternatives.
I understand from the answer that I need to explain to the mail server that the IP of Yandex and the IP of the mailing server are the same?
And this is done with MX records?

It is possible that the problems are due to incorrectly configured MX records and linking the domain to Yandex traffic rules.
The recipient's mail server compares the IP address of the server from which it received the email and the IP address resolved by your SPF and MX records. If it doesn't match, the email will most likely end up in spam.
Have you thought about using mailing services? They reduce the chance of your emails ending up in spam, as long as you meet the mailing requirements.

Most likely you have an error in the SPF record.
When connecting a domain to Yandex.Mail, Yandex adds the following entry to the SPF: v
=spf1 redirect= _spf.yandex.net .com ~all In general, it would be better if you showed your domain here, then you can check all its records.
