You need to update the picture on the site.
But with a simple attempt to load the image first into the library, it swears "Could not find a temporary directory for storing files."
What is the problem?

Check the value of the constant BX_TEMPORARY_FILES_DIRECTORY - it contains the path to the temporary directory for storing files.
It must exist and must access it (its owner is bitrix, group bitrix, rights 0775).
