Good time ducks! I register a new (1st) developer account on the Google Play Console, but before making a payment, an error appears: "Transaction failed: prepaid cards are not supported." I am paying with a physical QIWI card, but it seems to be of an unsupported type, being recently purchased. Whether it is possible to solve this situation somehow? Who else has experienced this?
