How to solve the Cyrillic error after launching the Taxpayer LE program?

Hello, please tell me how to solve the problem with Cyrillic? I tried all the known methods and solutions with the installation of this program (changed the language, added fonts) and did not help. Windows 10 OS with the latest update.
