How to solve similar problems on computer architecture?
I really need help with Computer Architecture.
I can’t fully understand it, I re-read the lectures - I still don’t understand the task.
The figure shows the format of the command, which has three address fields (attached image).
Using the principle of distribution of the operation code, develop the formats and distribution of
binary operation codes of the command system, which includes:
P commands that have three address fields;
Q commands having two address fields;
R commands having one address field;
S unaddressed commands;
The amount of memory addressed by Vop. Addressing type - direct.
P=7; Q=38; R=210; S=270; Vop = 64;
Can you please explain how to perform such tasks!! I have an example of a similar one, but nothing is explained there, just the answers are written!

Check with your teacher about what you want to do.
Now I see some indistinctly formulated nonsense and the meaning of the problem statement is incomprehensible.
The fact that in the processor architecture there are instructions of different lengths is understandable.
What they want from you is not clear.
Either this task is formulated exclusively according to the manuals used in your institution, and apart from asking those who wrote these manuals what they had in mind, they are unlikely to answer you.
Or you do not have a complete condition
