How to solve problems with ipv6 subnet delegation?
The hoster gives /48 subnet to the server, I use this subnet at home through the tunnel, and for one ip from this network, you need to set ptr-name. In the web panel of the host for this subnet, you can set the ns of the server, which I actually did using he.net. Specified, added a subnet to the he control panel, but he swears that the subnet is not delegated to their ns. Judging by this test https://simpledns.plus/lookup-dg , the subnet is delegated to their ns, and everything is correct. Who may have encountered such a problem, or will say an analogue that allows you to delegate subnets.

Do you even need a PTR record? Except for sending mail from the server, I no longer needed it.
It is impossible to enter anything from the bulldozer into the PTR. This must be a real domain name. The conversion should work both ways (domain <=> IP). You first need to make a subdomain through an AAAA record with the desired IP, and only then specify this subdomain as a PTR record.
