How to solve problems installing Drupal 7 on LAMP (linux mint 16 petra)?

Actually ran into a problem installing Drupal. I pull the Drupal distro, the installation starts up normally, it comes to entering the database parameters, I enter the data, I click next and the browser stupidly reloads the page for entering the database parameters.
If I deliberately enter the parameters incorrectly, then Drupal swears at incorrect data.
The php version on the server is 5.5.

This is not an answer to the question, but if it is more important to put than to figure out why it is not put, try putting through drush .
