How to solve problem with localhost in phpstorm?

Installed phpstorm 2016,2,2. Doesn't work on localhost:63342/. It throws a 502 Bad Gateway error. I connected the interpreter with openserver PHP 7.
When the project folder is in the domains folder in openserver, then everything works on localhost: 63342 / PROJECT_FOLDER, and if in a different folder, then nichrome. How to decide?

The problem was that the projects folder was in the user's folder, and it seems to be protected.
I moved it to the root of the disk and everything became normal.

localhost:63342 and shouldn't open, PhpStorm doesn't work that way.
