How to solve OpenCV error in compiled py file?

I have a project where everything works. I want to compile it to exe. But I ran into a problem that after starting this error appears and the window closes:
Climbing on the Internet, I found that OpenCV needs to be installed. But the installation did not help the error is the same. I tried to install and compile from the virtual environment and from the global one, nothing helps
