How to solve mysql-python installation problem?

Hello, I'm trying to install pip install MySQL-python but it gives me an error

error: command 'cl.exe' failed: No such file or directory

as I found out this is a c ++ compiler and I have it in the folder with visual studio 2015, then I registered this folder in PATH but the problem was not solved. What should be done?

Just download the precompiled wheel .
