Joomla 2.5, I created an article, in the menu I made a link to this article with the contacts alias, I open it on the site, it comes out 404. I search for this article, it finds it, but when I open it, it opens with the same alias and gets 404. I don’t know how to fix it.

How did you make the link? More? Those. created a material, then created a menu item, selected the type "material", assigned the alias "contacts", and on the right side selected the name of the material from the list? If so, then most likely SEF routing does not work. If the server is on linyx, see if there is an .htaccess file in the root of the site.
