mail.ru blocked sending letters from our server and in general all letters mentioning a link to our site, changing the domain did not even help :(
We only send registration confirmations to the mail and password recovery. (Total up to 5k letters per day)
On the site we have an affiliate program with links like site.com/affiliate/xxxx and just mail.ru doesn’t like our affiliate
program.We contacted mail.ru in tickets to unblock, they write to us that we must control our users and monitor what they do it because someone sent spam, they
added mail on the site to send complaints, but mail.ru requires us to attach UTM tags to the affiliate program.
How can we even do this if the user can edit links and simply overwrite utm and, in fact, send letters as he wants, even if it is prohibited in the rules ..?

Based on the information available, I see no other option but to reconsider the technical implementation of the affiliate program, or even its essence.
It may be necessary to add the required key automatically, after the user sends the letter, regardless of what he edited there. I can only say unequivocally that in any case you will have to rebuild the technical aspects of the system implementation. Something was left out.
