How to solve keyboard and mouse connection problem on MacBook Pro 13 2016?

Good afternoon!
I have a MacBook Pro 13 2016 and a Canyon CNS-TDS06DG usb-c hub.
The essence of the problem is as follows - periodically, the macbook stops detecting the connected USB mouse and keyboard through this same hub, but it normally detects flash drives and external hard drives also connected through this hub.
A week can work flawlessly and then start to mow. The mouse, keyboard and hub are working fine and on a Windows laptop the whole bunch works fine.
What could be the problem?
