How to solve jvm.dll loading problem?

Problem with Flex SDK. In the jvm.xml file, I specified java.home=D:/Programming/java/jre in the line, but when I run mxmlc on the command line, it says:

Error loading: D:/Programming/java/jre\bin\server\jvm.dll

How to fix this error?
