How to solve error with vue-cli 3.0 and assets folder?

The DIST folder after npm run build looks like this
That is, all pictures from CSS fall into the img folder and some fonts also fall into the img, and those pictures that are loaded via HTML fall into the root, as well as some fonts
Question: has anyone encountered with this error?
