How to solve error with SCRAM_SHA_1(MongoDB+Symfony4)?

I am deploying a project on Symfony, Docker, MongoDB.

Error: Bulk write failed due to previous MongoDB\Driver\Exception\AuthenticationException: The SCRAM_SHA_1
authentication mechanism requires libmongoc built with ENABLE_SSL
