How to solve error 1067 with running unbound windows?

I am studying working with a dns server in Windows, this course is built on. The teacher’s settings in service.conf look like this:

and mine is like this:

I suspect that the error lies in line 28 of stub-addr
The teacher’s server started net start unbound, and I get error 1067.
How can I solve the problem, I can’t go on advance?

Do you have IPv6 up? The second forward-addr is IPV6 style.
PS In general, Google says that there may be problems in the registry of a particular service.
