How to solve debugging issue in PhpStorm?

Good day to all! I downloaded and installed PhpStorm and also installed Nginx and Php + xdebug and MySQL. Xdebug and Php in PhpStorm are configured. From another computer, I downloaded the yii2 project to a USB flash drive, and uploaded it to this computer, in which the above packages are installed. In the browser, the project starts and runs, but does not start debugging in PhpStorm. Xdebug helper is running in chrome, the breakpoint in the PhpStorm console is set and Start Listen PHP Debug Connections button start listening php debug connections (listening) is enabled, when you restart the browser on the controller in which the breakpoint is set, nothing happens, or rather, nothing happens in the console you can see the change in the state of the checkpoint
