How to solve children's problems?

We teach the child at the programming school the basics of programming. We were given homework to solve the following problems. The whole family broke their heads, well, we can’t solve everything. There is a limit on the number of blocks (in the white area on the top right). Help solve problems. I think it is clear what these blocks mean. This is the scratch language. And the algorithmic application.

Conclude "step forward" into "repeat 4p", then "turn right", then "step forward", conclude into "repeat 4p" (greenhouse, step forward, turn left)! also broke my head !!! but it worked!
