When the button is clicked, an error appears:

Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'open'
jquery.js:2:1814

The site is implemented on Wordpress. When you click on one button, an error occurs. jquery version is v1.12.4. Maybe it has something to do with the version of jquery? Or with the fact that the plugin has not been updated

Try updating the plugin first. Most likely an error in the plugin script, rather than in jquery
