How to solve bot loading problem on Heroku?

I looked at a bunch of guides, settled on the one that talked about installing a bot from github. I did everything as in the video, initially there was a problem with buildpack, I didn’t have it, I created the application via the console with the command to install this pack and now this problem has appeared, if necessary I can provide code and screenshots
