How to solve base creation problem in Symfony?

Hello, I'm trying (for the first time in my life) to create a database in Symfony - for which I prescribe the following
php bin/console doctrine:database:create
At work, they advised me to use XAMPP (I didn’t quite understand what it is yet) where in the console I have this
I write the following in .env:
however, I get the following error

in the php.ini file; I don’t find these "AbstractMySQLDriver.php" and "PDOConnection" - what should I do?
If anything - I have PHP 7.2.16 (cli) (built: Mar 6 2019) and Composer version 1.8.4 2019-02-11
