How to solve asp.net mvc project build issue?

Error 5 The type or namespace name 'Mvc' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Web' (are you missing an assembly reference?) .Web\Infrastructure\TaggedEntityModelBinder.cs 1 18
Read microaspnet.blogspot.ru/2012/10 /asp.html that should be set on the important dll option "Local Copy", as written here. When you try to set this option to true , it is set back, when you try to press build, it also returns to false. What can be done about it?

update the NuGet packages in the project

Perhaps the necessary libraries are not connected. Create a new template project from the studio and compare by assembly what you are missing.
