How to solve AMD dual graphics issue when installing Ubuntu 16.04?

Who managed to install Ubuntu 16.04 on similar hardware:
HP 15-ab067ur
AMD A10-8700P APU Radeon R6, GPU AMD Radeon R7 M360
LiveCD launch or installation is only possible with nomodeset. Working with the installed version is also only with nomodeset. Immediately after installation, for 5-10 seconds, the interface freezes and does not respond to anything except the hard drive and often falls out after reloading into the initramfs until the partition where the axis is fixed is fixed. Installing AMDGPU-PRO from the AMD website leads to a blinking underline cursor after loading and that's it. Installing hwe also does not work. Installed (X,K,L)ubuntu, Mate Kde, Cinnamon, Xfce. The result is the same. At the same time, 14.04 works with a bang

In general, it turned out to install LinuxMint KDE 18.1, this particular version started up without any problems. Locked updates for the next versions.

Try to boot with nomodeset and install the amdgpu driver (it is not preinstalled on Ksenka), and / or disable the second video card.
