How to solve a problem with writing a date in MySQL?

I write the date to the database, but when writing, it gives an error with the date , maybe someone encountered such a problem, tried different recording formats (only date, date and time, and separately write year month year in the line)
new Date().toISOString()

Z is extra at the end. MySQL does not understand the timezone specification.
