How to solve a problem with Composer (PHP)?

When I try to install dependencies in a project through Composer (I have PHP 7.0, Composer 1.6.5), I get the following error: I

studied the issue, apparently this is a Composer bug, but it was in earlier versions of PHP (5.4). How can I still solve the problem with SSL certificates and install dependencies?

This is Windows, in this case it is difficult to advise. But, based on the errors that have rained down, try installing / configuring:
1. OpenSSL and php-openssl
2. php-mcrypt
3. git
