The task is to factorize: x^2y^2 - 5x^2y + 4x^2 - y^2 + 5y - 4

1. Take all the terms where x 2 is present and put it out of brackets.
2. Solve the found quadratic equation for x and y.
PS Option 2, more complicated: Taking x and y in turn as constants, solve quadratic equations for y and x, respectively
