How to solve a Monte Carlo problem?
Friends! I really hope for your help! I can't understand the problem at all. Help, please, knowledgeable people! All good and happiness!
Task:
The Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the random variable X of the simulation model. The random variable X can take on the values 6, 7, and 8. With 200 observations, these values are realized with frequencies of 28, 72, and 100, respectively. Determine an interval of random numbers for value X = 7

If I understand correctly,
the whole range is:
0 - 28, 28 - (28+72), (28+72) - (28+72+100) = 0 .. 200
28 / 200
to(28+72) / 200
