How to solve 404 issue from nginx when installing ssl?

I decided to stir up sll for myself on the site (works on Bitrix). I ordered a certificate from Komodo, they sent me the necessary files. I threw everything as it was written in the guide, the chain was made up of certificates.
Previously, when visiting https, the browser cursed that the certificate was not verified, such as leaving or making an exception. Now it gives 404 marked nginx. Moreover, in the browser line, the lock is green, that the certificate has been issued and is working.
Who faced such, how to solve the problem? I can't figure out where I messed up

Show Nginx config.
PS Offtopic, of course, but in 2017 they no longer buy certificates, there is also letsencrypt :)
