How to sniff andriod application traffic?

There are Android games, thousands of them. "Big half" - network, requiring online. In most of them, they give a bonus for everyday routine, for which you just need to enter the game and make a couple of taps.
The games are installed in two android emulators - DroidX and BlueStacks AppPlayer, which, in turn, are installed under Windows.
Attention, the question is how to sniff application traffic in order to understand which commands and where to send to the server, so that scripts do this routine, not a person.
The task is mostly theoretical, because it's a no brainer that parsing the protocol of one game will take more time than writing a script in AutoIt. Therefore, I want to break my head and collect bonuses programmatically.
The option to install a proxy server and set it in the network settings on the "device" does not work - the programs do not work via http, but via a dedicated port.
An example of a game is "Battle of Legends" from IGG.com, but in general, as it is written above, there are thousands of them.
