How to simulate human brain in 3d environment?

I want to model the human brain in a 3d environment so that each neuron is modeled and I can make the signal move along the neural circuit. Provide relevant information. Perhaps such models already exist.

What is a "3D environment" and what is the meaning of this concept in relation to a neural network? Are you familiar with the mathematical definition of ANN ?

It is not interesting. Human neurons are the same, and man has come up with many activation functions, based on which artificial networks solve real problems. At the same time, a flat model was invented for display.

I would start with a simple detector: RGB -> color name. (we are not talking about tables!)
You make a color randomizer and an input field.
The random meter generates a color code for you and shows a rectangle filled with this color: you write in the field what color you think it is.
On the side - the answer of the neural network. If she doesn't know, she is learning from you.
Everything is simple (in appearance)... The
question is that the neural network should be automatically expandable.
Because there are many colors and she should recognize no worse than you and your eyes.
There is no 3D here...
Once you make the algorithm itself, it will be much easier to visualize it.
Everything is just like 2x2...
And.... Good luck)
