How to simulate a mouse click on coordinates - VBA?

How to simulate pressing the left mouse button on the given coordinates INSIDE THE FORM? VBA
There is Form1.vb, you need to left-click (programmatically) on x-200 y-240 coordinates. Pressing should not affect the work of other programs, press strictly INSIDE the program.
