How to sign an APK with a key from Google Play in Eclipse?

In the new app settings in the Google Play Developer Console under 'Services and APIs' it says:

LICENSE KEY FOR THIS APP
Include this RSA public key in your executables (remove spaces).

I found a lot of instructions on how to sign your application through the command line or the Eclipse wizard, but they all say that you need to create the key yourself.
Instruction examples:
  • < a href=" gcup.ru/publ/engines/construct_2_subpisanie_apk/2-... ">Time< /a>
  • < a href=" startandroid.ru/ru/uroki/vse-uroki-spiskom/221-uro... ">Two< /a>
  • < a href=" www.gamedev.ru/community/android/forum/?id=175295 ">Three, Google's RSA is mentioned here< /a>
Actually, the question can be specified as follows: where to insert the public RSA key from Google?

In general, this RSA has nothing to do with the application signing process, Google has me confused.
