How to show UIAlert before all standard alerts?

I have an application that, when launched, asks the user for permission to send pasha and geolocation, is it possible to somehow write an alert that, when the application starts, will be displayed once and before all warnings?

You just need to transfer the request for rights to some other function and then call it.
Some applications do just that.
