How to show thumbnails of subcategories in wp?

I have a category in woocommerce "Brands" it includes subcategories of brands that have thumbnails fixed.
How to loop these thumbnails out of the category (by slug brands) ?

Option 1:
Download the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin ( https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/perfect-woocommer... ) and display brands using a shortcode with thumbnails (you will have to play with CSS).
2nd option:
Use WP_Query.
Option 3:
Display everything using the [product_categories] shortcode.
