How to show the full version of the element (bitrix:news.detail) instead of the short version (bitrix:news.list)?

I display sections and elements via bitrix:news
There are several sections in the infoblock.
One of the sections will create only one element.
Path to the section https://site/folder/section/
Path to the detailed version: https://site/folder/section/element .

Since there is only one element in the section, I would like to display a detailed version of the element in the section.
Maybe you can do something like that through SEF_URL_TEMPLATES ?

At the moment, I implemented it like this:
site / folder / section / - physically created this folder.
I put bitrix:news.detail into it, specifying ELEMENT_ID and all other variables for the normal output of the full version of the news.

Can in this case do a redirect to https: // site / folder / section / element ? Otherwise, you end up with two essentially identical pages, which is not very good for seo...
