How to show the code in Google tag manager if the conditions are met - the price of the product is more than 10000?

where data-sum="13210" displays the price of the product, is it possible to set a condition in the Google tag manager if data-sum is on the product page => then add the code (jivosite) to the page for display, if not, do not add.
I watched the lessons on Google tag manager, it explains how to change the content of the page when the page url changes (#hashtag, variables in the url), but I didn’t find how to change the content depending on the content of the page. Please help.
