How to show subitems in a menu with position: fixed?

On the site frpnso.iconsystems.ru (ready-made Bitrix solution, Kraken template), when scrolling down, the menu is fixed at the top of the screen (position: fixed). When you hover over items with an arrow, sub-items should appear, but they are hidden behind the content of the site. Items are positioned absolutely, relative to the menu. changing z-index doesn't help.
