How to share wifi from ubuntu 16.04 to android?

The access point is successfully created by standard means, the phone sees it, connects. The pre-installed google play market works, standard search engines in browsers (google, yandex), other sites and applications that require the Internet do not want to work.
Is there any simple method to get this all working (without root)?
