There is a google spreadsheet document. Is it possible to somehow implement the functionality that in the same document different people can see tabs intended only for them, while others are hidden from them? And if possible, how to implement it?

There is no such functionality. On the link above, the ability to protect from changes, not hide.
If you want to show different information to different users, then create separate tables and configure the import of the necessary tabs with the =IMPORTRANGE( ) function in each table.
