How to share photo to facebook api via js?

Hello. Interested in how you can share a photo through the Facebook SDK, there is a photo in base64, but as far as I understand, now you can’t send it in this encoding, but you need to specify the url. If I'm wrong, please let me know how it can be done. In general, I just would like an example of a code that can post a photo to a user (I didn’t succeed using /me/photos).
